From SRR to a board-ready PDR draft in hours, not months.

Drop in your System Requirements Review package โ€” PowerPoint, Word, PDF, Excel, CAD. Get back a complete Preliminary Design Review draft: requirements traceability matrix, gap & consistency findings, V&V matrix, budgets, risk register, and the review slide deck. Every sentence cited back to your source slides.

How it works

Import your review package. The extractor pulls every requirement (SYS-xxxx and friends), risk table, TBD/TBR item, and interface out of hundreds of slides and documents โ€” with the source location of every artifact preserved.
Run the analysis. A systems-engineering rule engine (optionally with Claude AI) finds what a review board will find: conflicting requirement definitions, missing verification methods, unallocated requirements, TBX items without closure plans, missing budgets.
Decide, not just document. Allocations become tracked budgets measured against the margin your program requires of itself. Linked risks get a breach probability and a ΔP ranking, mitigation spend is ranked by return per $1k, and joint cost & schedule confidence (JCL) shows whether the committed numbers are defensible. State probability and effect ranges in your own risk register and all of it populates on import — the tool never invents a number your package doesn't state.
Generate and edit. An 18-section PDR built to NASA NPR 7123.1D, IEEE 15288.2, and ECSS criteria โ€” every block carries citations and a confidence score. Edit anything in a Notion-style editor; your edits survive regeneration when new documents arrive.
Export. Word, PDF, PowerPoint review slides, Markdown, HTML โ€” formatted for a customer or review board, citations included.
PDR Generator: cost at P70 and schedule at P70 gives a program at P49
69 seconds, no sound needed. Cost at P70 and schedule at P70 does not give you a program at P70 โ€” it gives you 49%. Here's how the tool finds that, and the margin breaches underneath it.

Built for programs that can't use cloud tools

Your data never leaves your building

No cloud backend, no telemetry, no accounts. Everything runs and stays on your Windows machine โ€” compatible with ITAR/EAR controlled environments by architecture, not by promise.

Compliance guidance built in

ITAR and EAR explainers, a complete data-storage disclosure, and a responsibility checklist written for your engineers and your legal department.

AI is opt-in, and yours

AI analysis uses your own Anthropic API key and is off by default. No key, no transmission โ€” the core pipeline is fully deterministic and local.
