Legal, Privacy & Export Notices
Embryo Space Inc., a Delaware corporation · Effective July 2026
1. Privacy Policy
Embryo Space Inc. ("Embryo Space," "we," "us") publishes this website and the PDR Generator software. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
The software collects nothing
PDR Generator runs entirely on your computer. It has no cloud backend, no telemetry, no accounts, and no phone-home. Your projects, imported documents, and exports never leave your machine unless you choose to enable the optional AI feature with your own API key, in which case the excerpts you submit are sent by you, from your machine, to the AI provider you configure. We do not receive any of that data.
What this website collects
- Contact form: if you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization, area of interest, and message you provide, in order to respond. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to us by email.
- Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and handles your payment card details directly under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store full card numbers. From a purchase we receive your name, email, business name, billing address, and order details in order to fulfill your license and provide support.
- Server logs: like most websites, our host records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operation.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To fulfill license purchases, deliver license keys, and manage subscriptions.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — currently Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and form handling), and our email provider — and only as needed for those functions, or where required by law.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host and payment processor may set strictly necessary cookies required for security and checkout.
Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (see §5). We will respond as required by applicable law.
2. Terms of Sale & Software License
By purchasing or using PDR Generator, you agree to these terms and to the End User License Agreement presented inside the application, which govern your use of the software.
License
Purchases are for time-limited software licenses (for example, annual per-engineer or per-site licenses) as described at checkout. A license grants the right to use the software for the stated term and scope; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. A free 14-day trial is available before purchase.
Subscriptions & renewal
Where a plan is recurring, it renews automatically for successive terms at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current term, by contacting us; you retain access for the term already paid.
Refunds
Because a full-featured 14-day trial is provided before purchase, license fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Warranty disclaimer — "AS IS"
THE SOFTWARE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Embryo Space does not warrant that the software's outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any engineering, review, certification, or compliance purpose. All outputs must be independently reviewed and verified by qualified personnel before any reliance.
Assumption of responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of the software, for the data you process with it, for verifying its outputs, and for determining and complying with the export-control and other regulatory classification of your data (see §3). You use the software at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMBRYO SPACE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Export Control (ITAR / EAR)
PDR Generator is designed to run and store data entirely on your local machine, which supports keeping controlled technical data inside your own controlled environment. However:
- The engineering material you process (requirements, designs, CAD, test data) may be export-controlled technical data under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774).
- The software does not and cannot determine the classification of your data. You and your organization are solely responsible for classifying your data, for controlling access (including "deemed exports" to foreign persons), for backups and folder placement (e.g., cloud-sync folders), and for compliance with all applicable export-control laws.
- You must not use the software to export, re-export, or transfer any controlled data or the software itself in violation of applicable law, or to any embargoed destination or prohibited end user or end use.
- Do not enable the optional AI feature for controlled data unless your empowered official or counsel has approved the transmission.
Embryo Space makes no representation regarding your specific export-control obligations. Consult your organization's export-control officer or legal counsel.
4. State & International Notices

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the lawful bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and your consent where applicable.
